Scott,

He has a number of drawings and other support material along with comments from other builders. Give it a try I bet your questions will be answered.

I bind the metal pushrods with rubber bands and then
insert the assembly into the fuselage so that the
ends/rubber bands are at the exit hole. I then cut the
ruber band. With a little fiddling the ends will come
through the exit holes.
