Pattern Flying Sites near Kennedy Space Center

Hi all,

I may be considering a job transfer to Kennedy Space Center near 
Cocoa Beach, FL later this year, and it just happens that I'm 
traveling to a Range Safety Conference there Tuesday morning.  Since 
I'll be there until Friday I thought I'd check out any possible 
pattern friendly flying sites near KSC.

I understand that Ron Ellis lives in Melbourne (~35 miles south) and 
that Danny Landis is going to school there also, so I'm sure there 
are a couple of sites around.  The east side of Orlando may be a 
possibility too.

Does anyone know of some sites that I could take a look at while I'm 
there this week? (it could affect where I would look to live).  I'm 
somewhat familiar with the area but directions or a map/website would 
be very helpful.
