May K-Factor

Tony:
Glad to see this is coming under inspection.  Last figure I saw, NSRCA 
had ~473 members.  (Or so I seem to recall. Hope I am wrong!)  There 
should be some "what ifs" run with this figure of 500 vice--say, 250-300 
issues.  What is our current circulation and membership, anyway?  That's 
a crucial figure.
