Steve, you'll need the boost of a good tuned pipe to make that come to life. Trust me, I've "been there done that" with the 590R. It's a great muffler, but not anywhere NEAR the boost you'll get with a real pipe.
You should turn that three blade at least 8000 or better to have it be really effective.
