District 2--Bark's contest

It has become neccessary to move the contest scheduled for this coming weekend to our old field in Snow Camp NC. 
The new site is going to require more time for the grass and more gravel.

At this time I don't know if I can do anything to assure NSRCA points will be valid in either District 2 or other Districts due to the sanction we currently hold stating the Graham Site.
