You should be able to, assuming the threads are the same, and the bottom of 
the hole either exits into the crankcase or can be drilled to do so.  I used a 
160 pressure tap on an ST 91 successfully by drilling the hole thru into the 
crankcase.  Did the same on an OS 160 that did not have the hole drilled thru 
originally.  Be very careful to catch all of the aluminum chips!  That location 
was very common to use many years ago on engines running pressurized systems 
for racing.
