Kavan starter & Miller starter cone, correct part # KSG-201

There are 4 different starter cone inserts available for the Kavan. First,
there's the hard, useless one it comes with. Then there's the soft Kavan one
from Central that I also had problems with. Hobby Lobby has a silicone
insert that comes from Kavan - white in color and works great. Then there's
the blue silicone insert that Miller makes. Works well too but I think the
Kavan silicone works best. I have no idea why Hobby Lobby is the only
retailer that carries it. Bought mine about 4 years ago and still works
great. BTW, I have all 4 inserts - just had the Miller one given to me 2
days ago. The guy who gave it to me had some extra ones for some reason.
After borrowing my starter (his batteries ran down), he also thought the
Kavan silicone was the best of the lot.
