Keith:

I use a single adjuster and two bolts per wing panel.  Once the trim
adjustment is made for the adjuster, I put a 1/8" lite-ply disk, 1" dia.
over the holes where the bolts go.  The hole in the disk is just large
enough for the bolts to fit, so the bolts act as anti-rotation pins as well
and holding the wing on the fuse.  This is the way the PL kits are designed,
and it works very well.
