How to unsubscribe

Hi Dave.
    The trick is to send this message to discussion-request at nsrca.org  not  discussion at nsrca.org .  Also must be sent in plain text  not HTML. Then it will work.

  Funny thing.... for the past couple years I just deleted those unsubscribe instructions that are posted here once a month or so.... :-( .. should have paid more attention!

  Now that I have my own personal subscription I receive double's of everything. I've tried putting unsubscribe in the subject line... then the body.. no joy.

  Sorry to ask but could someone tell me how.
