It looks like a workable plan, but I am uncertain if us more mature types who fly Sportsman, Intermediate and Advanced will be able to handle the boredom of three more years of the same schedules.

Have the other proposals been decided?

I will take a look and see if I might be able to safely fly the Masters schedule. I know it won't be pretty!

John Fuqua asked me to forward the following to the List:

    1. 2 yr cycle will begin 1 Jan 2005 (we've got to finish the current cycle), with changes effective 1 Jan 2007.
    2. Deadlines for basic proposals will basically be the same. Due NLT 30 Sep 2005. I do not have the schedule in front of me but I think Cross Proposas will be due in Feb time frame.
    2. Only Emergency/safety or urgent proposals would be effective during the cycle. And I expect very few of them now that we have a 2 yr cycle. Except for safey changes which always are implemented immediately, we now have an option for the CD to "advertise" and use the change as soon as it is approved. But mandatory implementation will still be 1 Jan following the proposal approval.
