D'Best building jigs

I was going to build a boxer 60 this winter.  The new set of plans and 
building manual are great.  I had problems finding the foam cores though. I 
was lookng for a winter/backup plane that I could sale after a year at the 
club auction.  My idea was to that would make more pattern planes available 
for club members to try without a large cost to me.

Then I looked at the excelleron90 and decided that assembling an ARF was not 
such a bad idea.
