I am so glad that everyone is so happy with the issue...  Right now, we have made the decision to stay with color for future issues as well.  Of course, that will be subject to review once the new officers take over, but I believe that they will find that the $300 or so it cost for color as a GREAT DEAL!!!

Also, I just wanted to let everyone know that, once again, Maureen Dunphy played a large role in finding our new publisher, The Northeast Group.  I asked everyone to do some looking, but Maureen found two or three for us to check out.   She even had sample magazines at the Nats meeting for us to look at!  She had spoken with them on the phone prior to my initial contact with them, so they already knew what we were looking for!  

Once again, NSRCA owes Maureen a big thanks for helping us find these people!  But of course, that's why she gets paid the "BIG BUCKS", right Maureen?  <VBG>

  Except for a year (or maybe TWO) when I permitted my NSRCA membership to lapse, I have been a member since September, 1989.  That's a LOT of K-Factors.  When I signed on, it was actually TYPED, copied, and mailed....we've seen a lot of pluses (and some minuses) through the years...but...

  This December issue is - BAR NONE - the easiest to read, best layout, and clearest content that I have ever seen.  It would have been nice for an airplane to have been on the cover, but I guess it's okay <VBG>... and INSIDE - well, all the columnists, and the layout folks just did an absolutely outstanding job.

  Thank you, NSRCA Board for finding the Northeast Group.  And specifically, thanks to Chris Larson!!!  You did a "most excellent" job, and I look forward to further issues.
