Go to Ace hardware and buy a few jam nut. They have them in the OS 160 size, I ran into this problem in the summer. The jam nuts are very thin.

  Thanks, Rich

Well the Tiger Shark 1.20 came today. I had pipes in the apartment freeze during the cold snap; so I am home watching the plumber and installing the tiger shark 120. This engine looks great and has the same bolt pattern as the OS91FX I took out. Looks like the engine was made for the plane.

The 15X8APC I got for break in is the smallest size prop they recommend, so probably get a bigger prop. Uses the same prop nuts as the OS160FX. But putting a spinner on it is going to interesting. I only see three threads showing for a second prop nut/ spinner adapter to use. What do you do for that?
