After getting enough votes in for approval, I am forwarding this solution to you.

If you do not receive a ballot, you may contact Maureen Dunphy and have one mailed to you (or e-mailed if you like).  You can then fill it out and mail to the CPA.

The CPA will verify that your name is on the current NSRCA master list, and that you have not already voted.  

If a ballot is received without the required information to allow the CPA to verify who it is coming from, it will not be counted.

So....  Please pass the word to anyone who has not yet received a ballot that they may request one from Maureen.  She can send an E-mail version, or one by US Mail.  

I hope this helps everyone to be able to get to vote.
