Well...to be fair, I recall there was a pretty good spread...but I also recall that the catfish was the only food product that this northern boy recognized as safe for consumption (besides the beverages :) )   Everything else on the menu was foriegn to me....

Where's Jason in all this...I seem to recall that was a fairly memorable contest for him.

It WAS memorable or you wouldn't have so many positive responses from  
the people who were there.  As I remarked earlier, I'll NEVER forget  
that 'barbecue', even though we were reported to have had catfish.  Are  
you SURE we had catfish?
