[SPAM] Re: Ballots

Are you sure it's the Postal Service that needs to get its act together?  There have been quite a few people raising their hands and saying that the ballots are not received.   What proof is there that the company did all the mailings properly?  Have they provided any certification of what they actually sent out?  What is the resolution of this going to be?
