The Magnum I received was extremely rough in machining work, and the casting quality was absolutely terrible.  It was so bad LOOKING (machine grooves VISIBLE on the crank case in the intake window!!!!) that I returned it immediately.  Maybe mine was a fluke, but it was bad enough looking that I wouldn't even try to run it.
