Steve,
The application of rudder and aileron happens so quickly after the application of elevator that it will appear simultaneous. When it's done right, you'll just become cognizant of the change in pitch when all hell breaks loose.

  It was good for at least an hour discussion at this spring's judging classes here in D8. Its tough. Fer sure, if I'm in the seat, I'd better see that break at the start of action. No argument from me there.

     Steve don't take me wrong but this has been discused at the Nat's every year and until everyone get's it we have a lot of work to do.
