Engine Starter

I noticed somebody at the Nats doing this; might have been Jim.  Worked 
like a charm.  Brought the engine up on compression where it stalled the 
starter; then the helper tapped it with the chicken stick, helping it 
over the "hump."  The starter motor then took off.  Bill Glaze
