NSRCA Formal Announcement

I'd come to that conclusion a while ago but first felt i needed an up to date database of all the district contestants, nscra or not.  I think I now have that after all the support I have received from Gene Maurice and Don Ramsey.  I may need your contestant listings too eventually.

it was only after being inspired by the great work of Bob Kane that I got interested in performing the service of calculating district points.  if I hadn't done it, I'm not sure how we'd ever have calculated anything because just collecting accurate data took me over a month of phone calls and emails.

We all need to try and support whatever I have gotten done this year so next year goes smoother.  All comments welcome as you all know.
