If the NATS were shortened, would AMA charge a corresponding lessened amount
for the events for site usage???

Ok...I could be ALL wet here...But my understanding was that the Nats are a
HUGE fund raiser for the AMA. Something I always took equally huge umbrage
with. In addition to the user fee, they also have a huge increase in sale
of merchandise.
Granted...there are some expenses to setting up the property...but most of
those have been one time expenses.

How does AMA make money off of sport flyers? As far as Nat's cost to the
AMA,
I didn't know that they hired and paid for extra help during the Nat's. I
thought the SIG's provided the extra help required. Therefore using previous
$4000.00 figure it looks like they would need to generate $800.00 to
$1000.00 per
day from sport flyers to make that much. If they are doing that they need to
let everyone know their secret so we can open some new fields and cash in on
it.
