NSRCA membership application in Model Aviation!

Good idea, Marty. Maybe we could just add a blank on the form for "Where'd
you get this form?" for new members.
since most members are renewing, this would only impact a few and be
pretty easy to read and review periodically to see what publications work
best.
Maureen, do you think changing the application form is a good idea?
