Your friend will need to work with the local club on levels of noise that may be
acceptable at that field. It the club wants to accept IMAC, or Pattern, or any
other noise specifcation, or recommendation it is up to them to do that, or
they can establish noise controls rules for the local situation.

Subject: WHAT IS A GOOD DECIBEL LEVEL FOR A GIANT PLANE
GREETING AND HAPPY THANKSGIVING.
A FRIEND CALL ME THAT HAS A 42 PERCENT EDGE 540 WITH A 200 SWINGING A 36 INCH PROP.
HE WENT TO A FIELD NEAR HIM AND ONE OF THE MEMBERS SAID IT WAS TO LOUD FOR HIM. THEIR IS NO CLUB RULE AT THE FIELD. SO MY FRIEND ASKED ME TO SEE IF I COULD FIND OUT FROM SOMEONE IF THE IMAC HAS A RULE OR IF THEIR IS ANY GENERAL NUMBER THAT IS all right.
YOUR FRIEND
MIKE MOSS
