Bigger Issues (one more time)

OK, I'll try and explain it one more time.

I'm NOT advocating that NSRCA succeed from AMA (NSRCA can't as it's 
not part of AMA).

I'm suggesting that NSRCA consider holding its own competition events 
in leu of Sportsman - Masters.  F3A would continue to be held exactly 
as the F3A rules require (including obtaining an AMA sanction for 
F3A).  That way NSRCA can continue to support those who are 
accumulating points for the US F3A Team Selection Program.

It's important that NSRCA continue to support the F3A competitors. 
It's equally important that NSRCA support those who fly Sportsman - 
Masters.  It is my opinion that NSRCA can best support the Sportsman 
- Masters competitors from "outside" the AMA system.  F3A is a 
different situation as AMA is the official FAI representative for 
aeromodeling within the US.  Accordingly, F3A can only be 
administered and supported from within the AMA system.  That's 
appropriate as FAI is the governing body for international 
competition.  AMA simply acts as the administrator in the US and has 
no more voice in FAI matters than NSRCA does.

But they can coexist, at the same contest (we do it now).  The only 
difference would be the organizational structure behind the non-F3A 
classes being offered would be handled by NSRCA, and the process a CD 
would follow to offer both events would change slightly.

Beyond that little would change.
