Piedmont Temptation construction questions

Derek,
  My tube sleeve was tight in the wings also.  It just so happens that a piece of 1/2 PVC pipe, not the thin wall stuff, with a piece of sticky back sandpaper wrapped around it on the end, only one layer thick, fits just right inside the tube, and you can sand it slowly until you get the fit that you need, Larry M.....
