F3A - snap roll query

Why would the snap be zero?
I think it should be downgraded but not zero....I have even heard people
argue the fact that it can't be downgraded because if the model is stalled
the pilot has no control over the models path....He does have control on the
entry and exit.
I don't like this as it says that the model deviates its path before coming
stalled is OK....my opinion is its not OK
If the model jumps up or down...Its a case of the model deviating its
path...downgrades should be 1pt per 15 degs. I see no basis for a zero if
the model did stall....now commonly people thing that the model jumped up or
deviated so it didn't stall...this is not the case always.
In mot cases the model will stall the wing immediately on the application of
rudder...So what happens is the pilot pumps the elev to get the stall but
instead the model deviates its flight path then as the aileron and rudder
are applied the model stall and continues on the same high flight
path....This should not score zero.
Now if the model never stalls and does a barrel roll then it scores zero.
But the rules don't say anything about zero because of altitude
change...Only in the judging of lines that deviations from the prescribed
flight path are downgraded on the order of 1 pt for 15 degs.

Subject: F3A - snap roll query
Hi Guys,
I recently read that any snap roll which finishes higher than where it
started should be zeroed automatically even if the jump is slight. I am
referring in particular to the 1-1/2
How is this ruling being interpreted in your country. If this is the case I
will need to perform these snaps at very low speeds.
Given the stability of our modern aircraft and the relatively long tail
moments this is not an easy accomplishment.
