Newbie to list questions

I looked at the NSRCA website for a FAQ on this list without success.  Two questions:

1.  Is there a way to get this list in digest mode rather than all separate emails?
2.  Is there a website I can go to for archives of the list and search on past discussion topics?

I just joined NSRCA on the web yesterday, so no number yet!
