There are only two ways to make this work.  Have the NSRCA pay the 
authors for total rights to the book and the NSRCA would simply post the 
document on their website for all to download (or even make it password 
only, where every member gets the password).  Or, have the authors post 
it on a webpage for free download, with donations encouraged.

CDs are a terrible way to distribute documents.
