Board Voting

If it helps, Any changes with Tom Weedon or Eric Henderson as the submitter are those that came as a direct result of the voting in the NSRCA survey. Tom wrote up the rules and wording changes and I did those for the schedule and maneuver descriptions related to that schedule.

We can post them again on this list if you would like?

Anyone know where the details of each rule change proposal are?  THe shorthand 
in the MA table leaves out the details.  Besides, it appears that NSRCA and 
IMAC (RC precision and RC precision scale) changes are intermixed.  For 
example, it appears that take off and landings will not longer be scored 
for "someone", but I can't tell whom.
