Board Voting

 The Initial Rules Proposals were printed in the March 2003 of  Model
Aviation -  It has a  Sea  Fury on the cover.   Those are generally
complete enough to understand the  proposal.  Anyone can request
the full proposal from the AMA competitions dept.
