Board Voting

All, (Particularly of interest to Intermediate Competitors:)
I just received my copy of Model Aviation.  I noticed on the voting
results, Contest Board, (page 163) that on RCA-05-17 a favorable vote
was received.
I take that to mean that the Immelman and snap roll on the 45 deg.
downline have been reinstated.
Am I correct?
