Hanger 9 Servo Wheels and JR servos

I bought a Hanger 9 Rudder Servo Wheel to use with my JR 8411 digital servo.
Says fits JR servos on package.

Can't seem to get it on. Anybody know if this combination is supposed to
work, or did I mess up?
