After Run Oil

You must fly 5 days a week and be in a desert. The smallest amount of fuel left draws moisture to it and will start the oxidation process. I have never been that lucky. Course I have only burned a few gals of fuel total the last 3 years.

Personally, I think after run oil is a waste of time and money. If you fly often enough, the properties in the fuel will keep your engine in check, provided you do not have lean runs. I believe that the fuels have gotten better and cleaner and have all the properties an engine needs to stay lubricated. I have not had any major problems from not using after run oil.

A lot of discussion has been going on about bearings, bearing life and after run philosophy.
Has anyone use the Midas Touch Air Power oil from Boca Bearing for after run or fuel treatment? If so what were the results?
See ya,
Bruce
