After Run Oil - Just say no to petroleum

The thing to watch out for is the contents. I don't use any after-run oils that has the word "petroleum" in its base contents. The reason being that it kills silicone. It could be the diaphragm of a YS or OS backplate pump.
If you don't have a or pressure/regulated/injected/pumped engine, it can still loosen the pressure tubing to the tank. You may have noticed a change in exhaust pressure tubing and thought it was the heat/exhaust etc. It only did that when I used the "wrong" after run.
Regards,
Eric.

I have some and haven't seen a difference between it and marvel mystery oil.
It's a light viscosity oil. I didn't see any special properties.
