What it the typical launch rpm for the dual plug engines at idle? I've been gun-shy about going below 2000, fearing that maybe the engine will die at the bottom of the 3 turn inverted spin. This happened to me once last season and the result was a bad crash landing type of thing.

Be careful about idling that low. Mine would go down to 1300 but would occasionally stutter and start running backwards. Obviously not a good thing. I plan to set my idle to about 1700 which is still much lower than the 4-cycles can go.

Well, my OS is idling at 1500 constant with a single plug how much better can it get.
