In my opinion messages sent by NSRCA members are sent directly to the list. Messages from other senders are scanned and probably only to avoid spam. Nothing wrong with that. I have concluded this because I have received automated messages stating that the message will be forwarded to the list after checking by moderators if the messages still has value to mailing list receivers. That makes a couple of days delay and wipes out the motivation to write anything.
If I am wrong this will come straight trough, tough.
