switch failure

Everyone...   Thanks for the condolences... the Prophecy served me well for over 2yrs.  

Great... Tony,  I'll order one when I send this receiver in.
 
I tested this switch again last night.  Seems with a std VOM its output tested 5.97v which is where it is suppose to be at.  However when there is a load on it like with my expanded scale meter it would only put out 4.2.  So it seems the regulator is not regulating properly but only when a load is put on it.
