PL and ZN Kits

Hi Reeves

I think in total we have had 21 kits (Synergies, Evolis, and Engimas,
including 4 that are coming shortly) shipped straight from ZN by Danzas air
freight.  Some went to Toronto, some to Calgary, the latest are going to
Vancouver.  None have been damaged in shipping, some were even sent on the
bus to their final destination, which arrived safe and sound.

Its too bad about your kit, but I would think that you just got unlucky.  I
would get some pictures and get in touch with Nathalie Nowak at ZN about it.
