Kangke F3A/90

Does anybody have any experience with the Kangke F3A/90?
I bought one at the Perry swap meet to fly Sportsman with.
After checking it out, it looks really heavy.
I was going to run a TT Pro .61 on it, but I don't think that is going to give it enough power.
