I'm going to try and see if I get it right, I could have it wrong...so wait
for the more experienced folks response...
You start at straight and level inverted flight...Since you push an outside
loop, you will climb for 1/2 loop and roll at the top.
#2 is stating that the roll must be immediately following the completion of
the 1/2 loop with no apparent line in between.
#3 is referencing the position of the roll must be exactly above the start
of the loop, this would make it 1/2 loop. Before or after this point could
not be a 1/2 loop...
