FAI 2 turn opposite spin judging

Wayne,

Here's the way it was judged at the team selection.  The crab is OK to
correct for the wind. The first spin should end with the wings perpendicular
to the flight line and the second should end in the same manner.  The rate
of rotation is not to be judged and can vary between the 2 spins.  The
reversal must be immediate.  Exit should be near vetical but not necessarily
exactly vetical. There must be a straight line after the 1/4 loop before the
half roll out and a line after the half roll to complete the maneuver.

All contestants were invited to the judges meeting and should have been
aware of how each element would be judged.
