Scoring Vs Judging

In the Masters class at the NATS, the high and low score on each individual 
maneuver is discarded.  It states that right on the score sheet that you 
receive.  
Therefore, to answer your question, Yes, the zero would be discarded!!
 
The scoring at individual contests is done at the discretion of the CD.
