The size is only a criteria as it relates to other manuevers.  That is, if all are small, that is fine.  If all are large, that is fine.  If some are large and some are small, that is a reason for downgrade.

  Manuever size is the last criteria in judging. Correct geometry is the first consideration.  That being said, the geometry of the Cobra would cause the maximum height to be 1/2 that of a Cuban 8 performed at the same scale.

    Seems that if I try to keep the height of the cobra consistent with the height of other maneuvers, I'm pushing the edge of the box or have a very short straight line between the Cobra and Immelmann.
