Thanks to all who replied.  Most roads seemed to point toward the same
person: Old Will Knott.  I ordered from him at $42.90 plus $9.95 S & H.
Hadn't registered before with e-bay.  It took some time,but I finally
got it done.
Hope I don't regret it; I sure don't want any more Spam to come my way.
