Presumably you've pressure tested the system, and it will hold 7-8 lbs.
for a long period of time? And, looked for bubbles in the line when the
tank is about 1/4 full?
Sort of basic stuff, I know, but I've been bit by simple stuff like
pinholes in the line, etc. Had one awhile back that would only seep
when covered with fuel even under pressure, but pressure it with air
instead of fuel, and the system would go flat on me. That was a tough
one; I had to pump it to almost 15 lbs. to find the pinhole.
