Combining any of those groups would be a disaster. Their are enough problems trying to get through a contest now. This long string of WHAT-IF'S, and DREAM-ON'S needs one other thing, REALITY !!!!!!! Why create more classes when contestant turnout is already down. A local contest can hardly make enough from entry fees to cover it's own expenses. Alot of work goes into having a contest, and to have only 15 or 20 people show up does not justify adding or splitting any groups or classes. Judging would probably be the biggest problem. Contestant judgeing is pretty much mandetory now.

Once the FAI adopts the new Scale Aerobatics class F3AL, any chance we can begin to combine AMA/FAI Pattern and IMAC/SCAT in this country? Maybe meet somewhere in the middle of the road like max displacement of 50cc and no weight limit?
