Two cycle exhaust

A Greve Pipe will fit the diameter of the available tunnel (or the long ES pipe.) The decision you have to then make, is can you cut into the fuselage behind existing pipe tunnel to make the tunnel long enough?

It is not as hard as you might think. The finish on the outside can be maintained because the tunnel is glued into the airframe inside the fuselage. I did it to a Hydeout in 1999 for my OS 1.40's.

Mickey Losardo sent me a page from an old K-Factor from 1997. I was writing a D-1 VP column about my new OS 1.40's and fitting the BIG 2-c pipes. Nothing seems to change.

Eric.

P.S. The CG changes quit a lot when you go from the YS to the OS. Be aware!

Thanks for the offer but I may have to just go four cycle. Don't really want
to cut up an already well done and finished airframe.
