That is one thing I don't miss about living in the Northeast (Pennsylvania) 
and that is HIGH PRICED motels!  Down here in Florida you can stay at a 
Days Inn for between $35 - $50/night depending on the time of the 
year.  Heck $70 will get you ocean front room....
