This is a reminder for the Thornton Contest this next weekend, July 5 & 6. Alan Hewson has work very hard again this year to provide us with a good contest. 2003 PRECISION AEROBATICS CONTEST July 5-6, 2003 
 
TROPHIES AND PRIZES TO THIRD PLACE IN EACH CLASS  
All MAAC classes will run a 2 days event. 
FAI will fly only P03. 
Registration time: 8:00 - 8:30 am Saturday 
Wheels up at 9:00 am both days 
CAMPING  & CHARGING AVAILABLE 
Refreshments on site 
Arrangement will be made for Dinner Saturday night dinner provided for entrants - Additional tickets could be purchased on the day of event ($10.00) 
PLUS WE WILL BE HAVING ANOTHER BIG BONFIRE ON SATURDAY NIGHT WEATHER PERMITTING 
 
Fees Pre-registered $40 ($30 US) 
At the field $50 ($35 US)

Directions to the Thornton R/C Club 
>From Hwy 400 exit at Simcoe Road 89 (about 30 minute drive north of Toronto).  
Go west on 89 to Cookstown.  
At the lights go north (turn right) on Hwy 27. 
Go north for about 4 miles then go west (left turn) on Essa S.R.(sideroad) #10.  
Go west for about 1.5 miles and turn north (right turn) on Essa Line #10.  
Go about 1 mile and we are on the left (west) side of the road.  
Our Emergency number is 6504.  
There is a white sign under the mail box that reads "The Country Workshop".
