Replacement Bearings

Just so you don't get the wrong part - a Webra 1.45 rear bearing is
20x42x8mm.

Do you know if these folks would carry a similar bearing for the Webra 145?
I don't need any yet ( it's only been 150 runs/ 35 hours of running, take
your pick) but bearings don't last forever. I think it's a 42 mm outer and
18 mm inner by 8mm deep?
